Today’s Theme: Lymphatic Flushing
Welcome! Today’s Body Flow and Inner Flow modules are sometimes combined. We follow a lymphatic yoga from Edely Wallace (a lymph therapist and a leading expert on lymphatic yoga), which sometimes includes a visualization meditation. Today’s movements and Edely’s yoga are all focused on moving the lymphatic fluid throughout our body to flush out toxins and to reduce swelling.
