Meditation Monday, Day 18
Welcome! For today’s Inner Flow, we will be repeating a mantra slowly and gently in our minds. No music, no sound, no one is guiding. This type of meditation helps improve our focus and improve our emotional response. As well, it relaxes the body so that our recovery state (parasympathetic state) is activated.

- Pelvic Flow – Relax and Strengthen the Pelvic Muscle
- Dance Flow – Dance Your Heart Out to Increase Your Heart Rate and Boost Our Mood
- Body Flow – Stretching Muscles With Slow Paced Stretch Yoga
- Inner Flow – Quiet Meditation
